Sculptural Works — Material, Structure, and Presence
Form enters space; matter becomes relation.
The sculptural works of Fabrizio Ruggiero extend the analytical concerns of his fresco practice into three-dimensional space. Here, material is no longer confined to the plane of the wall, but enters into a direct relationship with gravity, balance, and bodily presence.

As in the pictorial work, process remains exposed. The surfaces retain the traces of making; joints, tensions, and supports are not concealed but articulated as part of the work’s semantic field.
