Villa La Pietra / Villa Sassetti — NYU Florence

The exhibition developed within New York University in Florence across two distinct venues.

The project extends the research initiated at the United Nations installation, where portraiture and fresco were redefined as instruments of civic reflection and cultural dialogue.

At the Limonaia of Villa La Pietra, a cycle of portraits unfolded in continuity with this investigation, engaging the academic community within a shared perceptual and ethical field.

At Villa Sassetti, a conceptual dialogue between Duchamp and Kandinsky articulated a critical reflection on modernity and contemporary practice.
